Beat The Long Flight Blues
A few months ago I wrote about a trip I’d recently taken to China. It truly was an unbelievable experience and one I would recommend for anyone. China is transforming right before our eyes. The country is rich with ancient history and full of experiences that shouldn’t be missed.
Yet, China’s location remains both challenging and intriguing for North American travelers. It’s literally on the other side of the world. There are undoubtedly many of you who would love the opportunity to travel to China but dismiss the idea because of long flights and dread of discomfort.
Let me suggest what some people consider the unthinkable: Business Class Air.
I can hear the groans now. “It’s too expensive.”
Well, that begs the question, how expensive is too expensive? And I don’t mean to be rhetorical.
For many travelers, especially those who are older, the prospect of spending 16-18 hours in flight to China is enough to overcome any great desire to go there. What a shame!
Need I remind anyone we’ve “only one life to live?” Carpe diem. If China is on your bucket-list, then when and at what cost would you cross it off?
This upgrade is worthy of everyone’s consideration. Far too often we let our own perceptions get in the way of the truth.
A Business Class upgrade allows you to enjoy fantastic amenities, including features like a fully reclining seat-bed for well below what you would expect to pay.
Call it a perk, an indulgence or a necessity but I know from experience that business class air can make your journey to China (or any long haul destination) as enjoyable as any experience on tour.
