The Halloween Recap

Okay, so let me warn you before you watch the video below – at Collette, Halloween is a big deal.

Like, a really big deal. It’s a full competition between every department – Air, Accounting, Marketing, our Call Center/Inside Sales, Inventory, Tour Managers, Product, etc, etc. The departments vote for a theme, have lunch meetings to discuss the execution of that theme and during the week leading up to Halloween, stay late every night to put it all together.

Why? Well, it’s for the kids! (and a trophy that immortalizes the winner).  In the end, competitive spirits arise, but it’s just a day of fun and candy. Children from local schools visit each department, and find wonderlands at their fingertips.

In the late afternoon, the children and families of employees visit. The kids are all in costume as are most of the employees. Judges from the local community visit as well – hence the ‘competitive spirit.’

This year the mayhem was all caught on tape. Take a look!
