New Explorations Asia tour reveals beauty of Indochina
Collette Vacations recently unveiled its newest Explorations tour to Asia that features travel in small groups to three exciting countries: Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
Departures are set to begin in May 2012 for this 19-day Three Kingdoms of Indochina tour with highlights that include an overnight cruise aboard a luxury junk boat on Halong Bay and a visit to the famed Angkor Wat, the world’s largest religious building and the iconic symbol of Cambodia.
Exceptional accommodations and culinary delights
This tour includes 10 nights in Vietnam, 3 nights in Laos, and 4 nights in Cambodia, each offering exceptional overnight accommodations like the colonial Life Resort in Hoi An where guests will spend two nights.

Itinerary Highlights
Three Kingdoms of Indochina includes a tour of Ho Chi Minh City to explore its colonial landmarks including the Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Opera House. Experience a traditional water puppet performance in Hanoi; explore the ancient ruins of Angkor Thom; venture to Ta Prohm, overgrown by jungles and vines; travel to the floating village of Kompong Phluk where you can see houses on stilts and flooded forests; cruise to the Pak Ou Caves, home to thousands of Buddha statues left by pilgrims; visit an elephant village nestled in a jungle on the banks of a river; and meet local school children during a visit to the JWOC Community Center supported by The Collette Foundation.
