What effect do you think they have on your reader’s habits?
It’s a good sounding board. Reader’s Choice allows groups to measure their opinions against other group organizers. In an industry where there’s not a strong peer base (many groups operate and act independently) it also provides a sense of community.
What do you think they see in Collette Vacations?
Good question. Reliability. Depth of product. Competitive pricing and ingenuity in new product development are traits I often hear from our readers concerning Collette.
Where do you see group travel going in 2012?
For those that are proactive and striving to make their own economy, 2012 will be a good year. What I mean by that is there are things we can control and things we can’t. I can’t influence gas prices or Italy’s debt load.
What I can influence is the attitude of my customers and prospects with my positive energy. So, you’re worried about Italy’s crisis? Let’s take a group there and do our part to boost their economy!
